Welcome to my workshops page.

At the current time, Autumn 2024, the only bookable workshop is Deepen your Nature Connection which is part of the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s education programme at Woods Mill Nature Reserve. It is a really lovely and insightful way to spend a day! The next workshops will be in 2025 so check back later.

In the boxes below you’ll find fuller information on the range of workshops that I have  run previously so you can get a sense of the field I work in.

New offerings will be coming in 2025.

Workshops - Present and Past

Deepen your nature Connection

This workshop will introduce you to delightful practices that will heighten and enrich your experience of your place in the natural world. You’ll gain a deeper sensitivity and awareness of the presence of everything around you. And a greater feeling of connection to all that is happening around you.

Part of Sussex Wildlife Trust’s education programme at Wood’s Mill Nature Reserve.

Next sessions – Spring / Summer 2025.

A nomad collective

In the spring of 2025 I will bring together a Nomad Collective, a six month coming together, a journey exploring our experience of ourselves, community and the cosmos.

Beginning in embodied awareness it will open out into Relating (dialogue, koinonia), Creating, Reflecting, Resourcing and Incorporating (Integrating).

In its first year, it will be open primarily, but not exclusively, to those who have previously done workshops with me.

More details soon.

Wild Mind

Wild Mind was a seven-week workshop programme running two or three times a year. It is designed to help those struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. It’s also great for those for whom the pandemic has taken its toll.

It was based in the lovely setting called  Breathing Space in the Stamner Organics area in Stamner Park. It ran three times a year for five years ended in May 2023.

Wild Weekends

These were a summer of Nature-focused camping weekends hosted by the folks who run the Into The Wild festivals. I am offering workshops alongside a great programme of other activities, workshops, speakers, music and performance. You had to come to the whole weekend and not just for me – obviously!

Ran during the summer of 2022.

Breathing through the FeeT

This workshop was very similar in content to the Mindfulness in Nature sessions with a stronger emphasis on nature connection.

It was a more “glamping style” with a lunch of local produce provided and transport into the location.

It was located in the less visited upper woods at Stamner Park in association with Living Coast (Brighton and Lewes Downs Biosphere).
